GUARDIAN WATER HEATERS PACKAGES
Each complete package kit includes the Guardian collector(s), mount(s). Guardian tank designated, Guardian controller listed with sensors, pump listed with power cord, complete roof kit motorized ball valve, (2 ea.) color coded and drain valves, (2) ½” tee ccf, (2) ½ x ¾” cf adapters (cast bronze) and (1) ¾” gate valve. Note: Freeze protection valves and air vents may be interchangeable at slight adjustments in cost. The motorized ball valve CANNOT be swapped out. Check with your store manager for details.

THE GUARDIAN WATER HEATER – This package consists of virtually everything needed to install the system which includes a fabricated, soldered and boxed tank kit with individual piece as follows: No. 1 – pre-soldered (hot to house) line extending to back of tank. No. 2 – a pre-soldered (cold to tank) line extending to the back of the tank which includes an isolation valve. NO. 3- one each pre-soldered solar supply and return line which includes color coded isolation ball and drain valves, and a motorize ball/check valve which virtually eliminates thermosyphoning for 5-10 years thereby reducing freeze damage normally attributed to faulty freeze protection valves. No. 4 – a Groundfos pump with cord kit. No. 5 – one I.E. GL-30_LCO-X255 controller with 2 sensors and No. 6 – a complete and separately boxed roof installation kit which contains sealing penetrations, all necessary fittings for the collector(s) and valves which are normally installed on the floor plus 90’s and tee’s to tie them together. Each GUARDIAN WATER HEATER includes: ten sticks of ½” and one stick of ¾” x 6’ Halstead Insulation, one 5/8” x 50’ refrig. Coil, one set of 3/8” x 4” lag bolts w/ ss lock and flat washers per collector, one set of four each 8” x 8” galv. Flashing or pitch pans, 50’ of stranded sensor wire, two yellow wire nuts, four UY scotchlocks, two ceiling escutcheons, one roll of electrical tape, two tubes of heat sink compound , four ¾” copper 90? ells, a ½” s.s. sensor hold down clamp and a jar of paint. The model number is the system plus a “G” (GUARDIAN)
